Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service cancelled. When a client does not notify us of a need to cancel or reschedule and does not arrive for an appointment, we call this a no-show. The no show fee is 100% of the cost of the service. New appointments cannot be made until a client's cancellation fee or no show fee has been paid. Thank you for respecting our policies!
